At Tornza, we want you to shop with confidence. While we carefully select and ship every product, we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple, fair, and worry-free.
Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items can be tried on and handled—light use is acceptable.

Original tags and packaging are appreciated but not required.

Returns are accepted as long as the item is in a reasonable condition.

Hygiene-sensitive products (such as earrings, underwear, or swimwear) may not be eligible unless defective.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Just email us at tornza1997@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our support team will guide you through the process step by step—no complicated forms needed.
Refunds & Processing

Refunds are usually issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal).

If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll issue your refund first and, if you’d like, send you a free replacement delivered directly to your home.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order. If your exchange is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll cover everything—including free shipping of the replacement.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to preference (e.g., size or style), the customer covers return shipping.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we’ll cover all costs.

In certain cases, we may not require you to return the item at all.
Non-Returnable Items

Earrings, pierced jewelry, and intimate apparel (such as underwear or swimwear) are non-returnable unless defective.

Final sale or clearance items are generally not eligible for return.
